1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Trendivyx ("Trendivyx", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit trendivyx.tech (the "Website") or contact us. Our address is 1001 S. Main St. STE 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States, and you can reach us at privacy@trendivyx.tech.
This policy covers the Website only. Personal data we process on behalf of schools, hospitals and other clients when delivering our solutions is governed by the agreements we sign with those clients.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us — such as your name, email address, organization, country and message when you contact us, register interest in Academy programs or apply for a job.
- Technical information — such as browser type, device information, pages visited and approximate location, collected through standard server logs and, where enabled, analytics tools.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide information you request;
- To manage Academy registrations and partnerships;
- To assess job applications;
- To operate, secure and improve the Website;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, our legitimate interests in operating our business and responding to enquiries, the performance of a contract, or compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate the Website and our business (for example hosting, email and analytics providers), under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, or when required by law.
6. International transfers
We operate in the United States and Southeast Asia, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the data-protection laws of Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and applicable U.S. state laws — you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@trendivyx.tech.
10. Children
The Website is intended for adults and organizations. Registrations for Academy programs involving learners under 18 are handled with the involvement of a parent, guardian or partner institution.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
